Home San Martín de Tours

The “Home San Martin de Tours” is a work of mercy of the Institute of the Incarnate Word aimed at helping people with disabilities. They are children, young people, adults, and the elderly, lacking families that can support them and without economic resources. They live permanently with us. That’s why they call us the “Home of Charity.”

Family Within a Family,
The Institute of the Incarnate Word

The charity of Christ
urges us (2 Cor 5:14)

In imitation of Christ, “the Word made flesh, the Missionary of the Father, sent to the poor,” the religious of our Institute understand that “loving God manifested in concrete love for our brothers and sisters, is the only possible way to love God, as Jesus Christ himself taught us.”

OUR HOMES

To better serve those in our care according to their needs, the beneficiaries are divided into three homes. We also have a fourth home for permanent collaborators or volunteers.

"Lightning Rods of Divine Wrath and Magnets of Grace”

The persons entrusted to our care are pure souls of God who, with their sufferings, carry out what Saint Louis Orione taught: they are the “lightning rods of God,” that the divine wrath, appeased by their silent offering, does not fall on misguided humanity. They are also “magnets of graces” for the world in need.

Their great mission, therefore, is to pray and offer sacrifices for us. Do you want to ask them for prayers?

How to Help and Participate!

Be Part of our Family!

Our volunteers, those who join us in prayer, and those who help us through donations (since we live from Divine Providence, working through the generosity of our benefactors) are part of our family.  Without them we could not continue this great work.

You can be a volunteer and also our benefactor!
